Designs By Jinai

Designs by Jinai is headed by self-proclaimed Jill of All Trades, Kami Allong, who spent much of her formative years with a love for fashion and design despite pursuing a career in science and engineering.

After graduating from university and working in the oil and gas industry for some time, she found her way back to the design world through becoming a wire artisan and developing her first Monday Wear Line, in collaboration with another brand, entitled The Divine. Kami's inspiration and style are heavily influenced by her taste in books and some interests she shares with her older brother, spanning a wide range of categories from comic books to anime and even vintage video games.

Designs by Jinai is first and foremost a lifestyle brand, which preaches a message of self-love. Her appreciation for each of these fantastic worlds created by various writers, illustrators and developers guided her to design pieces reminiscent of the femme fatales that graced those screens and pages. It is her hope that each client she's fortunate enough to work with feels as ethereal and powerful as each of the women whom her creations are inspired by.
